bipolar electrode
An electrode that has two (2) conductive surfaces which can be connected to an output circuit all by itself.
complete circuit
A closed loop formed when both wires of an output channel are connected to two (2) electrodes which are attached to the body. Low-voltage currents like those produced by our ErosTek power units require a complete circuit or closed loop in order to create a stimulation sensation.
monopolar electrode
An electrode that has (1) conductive surface which requires another electrode to complete a circuit.
