Is there a warranty?
Absolutely! We provide a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our products, including all ErosTek power units. For more information, see our Repair Service section for details.
If a repair is needed, how long does it take?
Our partnership with ErosTek makes us the first-tier repair center for their unique power units as well as the repair center for our own SexTek line of products, thereby dramatically reducing the time it takes to test and repair a problem, should you ever have one. On average, a normal repair takes about 1 - 2 weeks to complete from the time we receive the unit. Going through a dealer will take longer due to the time needed to ship between your dealer and our shop.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple. You may return any unused part of your purchase within 15 days of receiving it for a full product refund, less shipping charges. All returns must be authorized by us -- simply let us know the circumstances of your return and we will give you an authorization number along with the direct mailing address. Any products subject to use are not returnable, for health and safety reasons.
