Warranty and Returns

Is there a warranty?
Absolutely! We provide a 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our products, including all ErosTek power units. For more information, see our Repair Service section for details.

If a repair is needed, how long does it take?
We manufacture and repair ErosTek products, so contacting us directly in the event of a product malfunction will reduce the time it takes to test and repair a problem. On average, repairs takes about 1 - 2 weeks to complete from the time we receive the unit. For more details, contact us.

What is your return policy?
Our return policy is simple. You may return any unused part of your purchase within 15 days of receiving it for a full product refund, less shipping charges. All returns must be authorized by us -- simply let us know the circumstances of your return and we will give you an authorization number along with the direct mailing address. Any products subject to use are not returnable, for health and safety reasons.
