How soon will my order be shipped?
Orders received by Noon PST are shipped the same business day. Your order will be confirmed and a tracking number will be emailed to you after your order is shipped. If any item ordered is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of our expected ship date via email and ship the backordered items as soon as possible, with no additional charge for shipping. What if I have a question about my order?
For fastest response, we have a new support page. From there, you can contact us via email, fax, or mail. Our email response time is usually within 1 business day.
What will my package look like?
Discretion is very important to us, so instead of printing our logo on your box, we ship your purchases in an ordinary brown cardboard carton with no markings of any kind on the outside. The shipping address shows our business name and address also: ECForbe LLC instead of our brands, SexTek or ErosTek. This helps to avoid delays in shipping (especially international shipments) and divulging the contents to family, delivery persons, or business associates.
Smaller packages (like EBands, adapters, FlexProbes, etc.) come in an unmarked white mailing envelope lined with bubble wrap, with the same return address as descibed above. Only you will know what's inside -- we guarantee it!
