What do I do if something goes wrong with my unit?
If you suspect something is wrong with your ErosTek unit, refer to the User Guide and make sure all connections to the unit are made with leadwires and adapters in good working order, and that the electrodes are prepped with condutive gel, water-based lube, or in the case of the gel electrodes, freshly washed and dried skin.
Going further, if your unit is still under warranty, we will repair your unit and send it back free of charge. Simply contact us and we'll make sure your unit is back to normal as quickly as possible. If you unit is older than 1 year, we can estimate the repair costs before you decide to send you unit to us. Either way, we're here to make sure your ErosTek gear stays in perfect order.
