What happens to my order information?
We have trusted our accounting and online shopping system to Oracle Small Business, who has the resources and equipment to keep your order information secret and secure. Using the latest secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption algorithms, their servers create a secure (https://) connection between you and the Oracle servers, making it impossible for anyone else to see your information, including email address and credit card data.

Once the data reaches its destination, it is further encrypted to allow only those with top-level permissions to view your order payment details. This eliminates the common practice of transmitting and printing your order with live credit card information in plain, unencryted text for anyone to see.

Our processing of your credit card information occurs completely inside the "digital domain" and is never printed, copied, or otherwise removed from its 100% secure environment. There are no carbon or paper copies of your credit card data generated along the way, either.

Can I just send you an order by mail?
Yes. We have an Offline Order Form that you can use to order any items you wish using the completed form and a money order.

Do you share your email list?
NO! NEVER! We value the customer relationships we have started, and will not share our email list or addresses with anyone, ever. If you want to be added to our 100% in-house mailing list for new products and upgrades, please contact us and let us know.
